We are passionate about what goes into our cakes. The bake is where our process starts.

Cornwall is amazing, It's a county blessed with good soil, great light, and sweeping sea breezes. Some of the best produce in the country is cultivated on its land. Our amazing suppliers are sought after by many of the best restaurants and hotels. It's our privilege to bring such quality ingredients to you, wherever you are celebrating.

We've built relationships with the South West's finest farms and dairies. We use Shipton Mill's soft cake flour, the rich and wholesome organic free range eggs from St Ewe's Farm on the Roseland peninsula, golden butter from the well tended cows at Trewithen Dairy, cream from Rodda's Creamery, and in season, freshly foraged elderflower and blackberries, sourced from nature herself. You will taste the difference Cornwall makes.

Oh, and because no Cacoa or vanilla trees grow in Cornwall, we use Callebaut chocolate, Green & Blacks cocoa, and our flavouring extracts come from Neilsen Massey.
